Replacement of Missing Maxillary Lateral Incisors and Lateral Augmentation with Bond Apatite®

In this case there was a concavity where the lateral Incisors were missing. The incision to reach the concavity was remote. The reflection was full thickness. The goal on the graft was to fill up the concavity to the level of the cabins and central root eminence. The reflection was from the medial slope of the canine root eminence to the distal slopes of the central. Minimal reflection to allow the packing of the graft and closure under tension.
