The patient was 60 years old, and came in to consult for implant treatment from tooth #23 (11) to #27 (15). Scans showed a large bone deficiency in close proximity to the sinus floor, with minimum bone height. In the first stage the ridge will be reconstructed, followed by an intra-crestal sinus lift procedure. A wound dressing is used to cover the area. Implants are placed 3 months post-op.
